Even in the greatest crisis, delicious food is offered here. To take away, I tried the chestnut foam soup and the truffle gnocchi. The chestnut soup was quite a successful fresh and fruity variant. And the truffle gnocchi in cream sauce were very spicy and filled the stomach really well. For me it was a little too much sauce, but there is no point deduction. I guess a little more sauce was used because it was "to go" and nothing keeps you warmer over a longer journey than just a little more liquid. And then they still have great thoughts about how to transport the food as sustainably as possible. Keep it up. I can only recommend you guys.
